Roast Beef & Swiss Cheese Croissant

In this recipe is our Croissant.


Directions

  1. Slice the COBS Bread Croissants lengthwise.
  2. Spread mayonnaise to both sides of the Croissants.
  3. Add Swiss cheese slices.
  4. Add your shaved roast beef slices then top with arugula.
  5. Optional: slice your croissant sandwich in half or quarters for bite-sized pieces
