- Take a heavy based pot, place the spice mix ingredients together, stir well to combine, submerge the pork, close the lid and place on the BBQ on a low setting and allow the pork to slow cook for 2-3 hours or until the pork falls apart and is easy to shred.
- Shred pork using a fork and leave in the remaining sauce to keep succulent, warm and with maximum flavor.
