Directions

  • Take a slice of COBS Bread Cape Seed Loaf and toast.
  • Heat a nonstick pan over a low-medium heat, Melt butter then turn the heat to low and saute pear slices until soft. Be careful not to burn the butter.
  • Spread ricotta over the toasted Cape Seed and place pears and remaining butter on top. Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy! Perfect for a lazy Sunday with the paper!
