Cinnamon French Toast

Directions

  1. Arrange bread in 9"x12" pan.
  2. Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, salt and Grand Marnier.
  3. Pour mixture over bread and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Saute bread in hot butter until bottom is golden brown.
  5. Turn and brown the other side.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream, fresh berries, mint and a pinch of icing sugar.
