Assemble your sandwich starting with 1 slice of Country Grain Loaf. Add smashed avocado, cabbage, butter lettuce, chicken, sprouts, and tomatoes. Take another slice of Country Grain Loaf and spreads with smashed avocado, and close sandwich to finish assembly. Repeat for each sandwich. Enjoy!
