Drain and rinse the chickpeas and keep a tablespoon of chickpeas aside to garnish the hummus.
Place all ingredients except the Turkish Bread and parsley into a blender and process till smooth. If it's too thick, gently drizzle a little water into the mixture until the consistency is just right.
Put the dip in a bowl and top with a drizzle of olive oil, reserved chickpeas and chopped parsley.
Slice the Turkish Bread diagonally to serve with hummus.
